What is Kotapay?
Kota Pay is our new ACH payment platform.

What options do I have to pay my invoice?
You have two options to pay your NisonCo invoices.

To make an ACH payment to NisonCo, please fill out the bank information below and include a memo or invoice number in the Client ID field. If there are multiple open invoices or services, this will allow us to apply your payment to the appropriate invoice. If however, there is more than one open retainer invoice, payments will be applied to the oldest open invoice first.

To make a payment via credit card, please reach out to billing@nisonco.com. A processing fee of 4% will be added to your invoice. You can then use the link provided on your NisonCo invoice or reach out to billing@nisonco.com to receive a new link. These payments will continue to be processed through the Quickooks platform.

How do I make a payment?
Follow the prompts to make an ACH payment. If the account or name tied to the account is different than the name on your engagement please use the client ID field to reference your company or DBA name.

Can I turn on/off autopay?
Our portal gives you the option to create a recurring or a one-time payment. If you have created a recurring payment and wish to suspend that option, please email billing@nisonco.com.
