The Bill to Law Game turns the often-opaque legislative process into an engaging, scenario-driven game. Inspired by the classic Oregon Trail format, players guide a bill from introduction through committee, floor votes, and the executive's desk — making strategic choices about coalition-building, amendments, lobbying, and messaging, and seeing the consequences play out.

It works as both an educational tool and a showcase of how interactive AI experiences can make civics tangible — a fit for students and educators, advocacy and government-affairs teams onboarding staff, and organizations that want to teach stakeholders how policy actually gets made.

It is distinct from NisonCo's other policy tools: the NJ Budget Simulator (balancing a real budget) and Legislative Advocate (tracking live legislation). This one is about learning the process through play.
