The Federal RFP Aggregator is a government contracting opportunity platform built specifically for small and mid-size contractors who need to efficiently find, evaluate, and pursue federal procurement opportunities without the large business development teams that major defense contractors rely on.

Automatic Opportunity Ingestion

The platform continuously pulls new procurement postings from SAM.gov, the federal government’s primary contracting portal. Fresh opportunities are automatically processed, normalized, and added to the searchable database. This eliminates the daily manual search routine that wastes hours of business development time.

AI-Powered RFP Summaries

Federal solicitation documents are often dozens or hundreds of pages long, filled with legal language and technical specifications that take significant time to parse. The AI summarization engine reads each RFP and distills it into 3-6 clear bullet points covering scope, requirements, timeline, and evaluation criteria. Contractors can quickly scan summaries to determine relevance before investing time in the full document.

Profile-Based Fit Scoring

Every opportunity receives a fit score from 0 to 100 based on how well it matches the contractor’s profile, including industry classification codes, certifications, business size standards, and set-aside preferences. High-scoring opportunities bubble to the top of the feed, ensuring that the most relevant contracts get attention first rather than getting buried under hundreds of irrelevant postings.

Visual Bid Pipeline Management

Qualified opportunities move through a visual kanban-style pipeline tracking six stages from initial discovery through contract award. Contractors can drag opportunities between stages, add notes, set reminders for response deadlines, and monitor their active bid portfolio at a glance. This structured tracking prevents missed deadlines and gives leadership visibility into the team’s pipeline health.

Advanced Filtering and Discovery

The dashboard offers filtering by contract size, response deadline, set-aside category (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, and others), geographic area, and contracting agency. Custom filter configurations can be saved for recurring searches, making it easy to monitor specific niches without reconfiguring filters every session.
