At the core of the platform is a sophisticated lead management system that ingests prospects from multiple sources simultaneously, including Zillow, Luxury Presence, Gmail, and custom webhooks. Every lead is automatically scored on an A-through-F grading scale using AI analysis, giving sales teams instant visibility into which prospects deserve immediate attention and which need further nurturing.
The leads module currently manages 38+ active leads and supports four distinct views: a full table view for detailed record management, a pipeline view for stage-based tracking, an analytics view with Source Distribution, Pipeline, and KPI dashboards, and a signals view for monitoring engagement indicators.
Lead Routing and Notifications
A configurable rules engine handles automated lead routing based on source, grade, or custom criteria. SMS notifications ensure that high-priority A-grade leads trigger immediate alerts to the sales team. CSV export supports bulk data operations for reporting or migration to external systems.

The social media management module supports publishing and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X from a single interface. The email marketing module features deep Constant Contact integration, enabling drip campaigns, newsletter management, and audience segmentation directly within the platform. The production deployment manages 8 newsletters with full send tracking and performance analytics. Rather than exporting contacts to a separate email tool and losing the connection between lead data and campaign performance, the platform keeps the entire lifecycle, from lead ingestion to email nurture to conversion tracking, in one place.
